Run a test to determine the time period, placing a thermometer in a 500 ml bottle filled with water, monitoring when it reaches the set temp, and recording the incubation period. Then, set a Bead Bath to the same temp, bring the bottle to the set temp, and record the time-to-temp to adjust the protocol accordingly.
