Summary

This study analyzed nursing care with endorphin massage techniques to treat anxiety problems in postpartum primipara mothers. Two primiparous mothers were involved, with one receiving endorphin massage intervention and nursing care, and the other only receiving nursing care. The intervention was carried out three times, 30 minutes per day, and anxiety was measured using the Postpartum Specific Anxiety Scale Research Short Form for Crises (PSAS-RSF-C) questionnaire. Results showed a decrease in anxiety in both patients, with the intervention patient's score decreasing from 29 to 22, and the resume patient's score decreasing from 27 to 24. The study recommends endorphin massage as a complementary therapy to overcome anxiety in postpartum primipara mothers.
