Centre Academy East Anglia has a Complaints Policy that ensures no employee, job applicant, pupil, or member of the school community is treated less favourably on grounds of sex, race, colour, ethnic or national origin, marital status, age, sexual orientation, disability, or religious belief. The school has a procedure for dealing with complaints, which involves three key persons: the Proprietor, the Head of School, and the Complaints Co-Ordinator. The policy does not cover complaints relating to admissions, statutory assessments of special educational needs, safeguarding matters, exclusion, whistle-blowing, staff grievances, or staff discipline, which are covered in separate policies.
